Armour Water Filtration supplies and installs WaterMark-certified water filtration systems for residential properties. All installations are carried out by licensed plumbers in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and State plumbing regulations.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and filtration performance data published on this website are accurate and up to date. However, product specifications, components, and appearances may vary from those depicted on the website. Images and diagrams are for illustrative purposes only.

Before placing an order or confirming an installation booking, we strongly recommend contacting us directly to confirm the exact product specifications, compatibility with your property’s plumbing, and current pricing.

3.3 Free Water Assessment

The free water assessment offered by Armour Water Filtration is a preliminary assessment carried out by one of our representatives. It is provided at no cost and without obligation. The results of the assessment are indicative only and are intended to assist in recommending a suitable filtration solution. They do not constitute a formal water quality report.

3.4 Replacement Filters and Cartridges

Replacement filter cartridges supplied by Armour Water Filtration are genuine components matched to the specifications of our installed systems. Using non-genuine or incompatible cartridges may void your system warranty and affect filtration performance.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling an installation. Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 Finance and Payment Plans

Flexible payment options may be available, subject to approval by our finance partners. Details of any applicable payment plan, including fees, interest, and repayment terms, will be provided separately prior to your agreement to those terms. 5. Installation

5.1 Access to Property

You agree to provide our licensed technicians with safe and unobstructed access to your property at the agreed time of installation. Any delay caused by failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee.

5.2 Installation Requirements

A suitable installation location must be available at or near the mains water connection point. Our technicians will identify the optimal installation position during the assessment. If installation is not possible due to property constraints not identified at the time of quote, we will notify you and discuss alternative options or issue a revised quote.

5.3 Property Condition

Armour Water Filtration will take reasonable care when working on your property. We are not responsible for any pre-existing plumbing defects or conditions that become apparent during installation. If our technician identifies any pre-existing issue that affects the installation, you will be informed prior to proceeding.

5.4 Compliance

All installations are carried out by licensed plumbers in compliance with the Australian National Construction Code, relevant State plumbing regulations, and applicable Australian Standards. All installed systems are WaterMark certified under AS/NZS 3497 or applicable standards.

6. Warranty

  • The system has been maintained in accordance with our maintenance guidelines;
  • The system has been operated within the specified pressure and temperature ranges;
  • The defect is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, tampering, or external factors such as water hammer or pipe failure.

6.3 Statutory Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

7. Maintenance and Filter Replacement

To maintain optimum filtration performance and warranty validity, filter cartridges must be replaced in accordance with our recommended maintenance schedule. Armour Water Filtration will send automatic email reminders based on your installation date. The cost of replacement cartridges is not included in the initial purchase price unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Armour Water Filtration’s liability to you for any loss or damage arising from the supply of products or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service;
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property not caused directly by our negligence;
  • We do not warrant that filtration performance will meet any specific water quality outcome beyond the parameters described in our product specifications; and
