1. Overview

This policy applies to all Armour Water Filtration orders. Nothing in it limits or excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Service Areas

Professional installation is available in Perth (WA) and Melbourne (VIC) metropolitan areas. Customers outside these areas may purchase on a supply-only basis; shipping charges will be confirmed prior to purchase.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.

Timeframes are estimates only. We are committed to delivery within a reasonable time under the ACL. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control — including supplier availability, carrier delays, weather events, or other disruptions — may affect dispatch or delivery. In such cases, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeframe. You may choose to wait, select an alternative product, or cancel for a full refund where goods have not yet been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs & GST

All shipping costs are disclosed at checkout prior to purchase and are inclusive of GST. Free shipping promotions apply to standard metro delivery only; any exclusions are stated at the time of the offer.

5. Delivery Address & Method

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Redelivery fees may apply where an incorrect address is provided. Courier deliveries require a physical street address — PO Boxes are not accepted unless Australia Post is used.

6. Risk & Title

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

7. Carrier Responsibility

We use third-party carriers (road courier and/or Australia Post). Regardless of carrier, Armour Water Filtration remains responsible to you under the ACL for timely delivery and acceptable condition of goods.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

We will arrange a replacement, re-shipment, or refund as appropriate. Your full ACL rights apply.

9. Backorders

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day with an estimated dispatch date. You may wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.

10. Installation Scheduling

We will contact you within 1 business day to schedule installation. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice — a $80 fee applies for less than 48 hours’ notice.

11. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
